Hi, I'm Gwen.

GWEBakes is baked by me, Gwen (that’s the GWEB): a 13-year-old student in Singapore with a soft spot for brown butter and a very well-used oven.

I roll every cookie thin and wide, so the edges bake golden and crisp while the middle stays tender. Everything is baked at home in small batches, a few flavours at a time, so each tray gets my full attention.
